This project is an exciting opportunity as it allows me the chance revisit an area close to my heart. Located near the farm I partially grew up on, the brief called for a new set of holiday homes to replace the existing ones currently on the site.

Focusing on the use of timber and stone to reflect the vernacular of the surrounding landscape as well as prioritising privacy and orientation to take full advantage of the views of the Cairngorms, these chalets will sit hidden within a forested hillside. Quiet, secluded and unobtrusive.
